Mark’s background includes a 30-year career in IT that started with Cessna Aircraft Company as a programmer/analyst soon after earning his B.S. in Computer Science from Wichita State University. He then joined IBM in Boulder in the late 90s. He is a senior technology leader with expertise in IT strategy, service management, infrastructure, process improvement, governance and service delivery. Mark also holds a Master of Management Information Systems from Friends University in Wichita, KS.
