Kara is a skilled and charismatic consultant, facilitator, trainer, and coach with 15+ years of experience. She has a Master’s Degree in Communication and holds a professional certification in Talent Development.
Kara empowers teams by aiding and supporting them through the development of effective communication skills.
Kara also leads meditation, including hosting a YouTube channel called Serenity Meditation with Kara, she loves to spend time outdoors of Colorado and her goal is to visit all 93 hot springs.
